Ingredients
◇ 500g butter
◇ 5 cups SR flour
◇ 1 cup sugar
◇ 1 tin condensed milk
(Variety of additions such as choc chips, choc freckles, M&M’s, sultanas etc)
Method
1. Cream sugar and butter in an electric mixer until white and fluffy. Sift in flour, and pour in condensed milk. Mix to combine.
2. Roll into teaspoon size balls and poke in a few M&M’s, chic chips etc and flatten slightly on a baking tray. For the freckle ones, you can roll a ball, flatten slightly and push a freckle on top. For chocolate ones, you leave a portion of the mixture in the bowl and add cocoa and then do the above. Biscuits can also be left plain and iced.
3. Bake in 180°c (fan forced) oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.
