Ingredients
◇ 125g butter
◇ ½ cup caster sugar
◇ 1 ¾ cups SR flour
◇ 1 egg
◇ ½ teaspoon vanilla
◇ 250g choc chips
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°c fan forced.
2. Beat butter and sugar together in an electric mixer.
3. Add egg, vanilla and choc chips and stir well.
4. Add flour and mix into a stiff paste.
5. Take small spoonfuls of mixture and roll into balls.
6. Place on a tray and press out lightly with a floured fork.
7. Bake in a moderate oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
