Ingredients
◇ 60g butter
◇ ½ cup sugar
◇ 1 egg
◇ 1 cup SR flour
◇ jam - strawberry or raspberry and apricot to make centre of flowers
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°c fan forced.
2. Beat butter and sugar in an electric mixer and add egg.
3. Add flour and mix.
4. Spoon out in balls, flatten and poke hole and fill with jam.
5. Cook in oven for 15 minutes.
