Base
1 1/2 cups oat bran
1 cup shredded coconut
3 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 egg
Chocolate Topping
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp cacao powder
1. Mix together all base ingredients and place in slice tin.
2. Bake in a moderate oven (180/160°C fan-forced) for about 15 minutes.
3. Let cool.
4. Mix together all chocolate topping ingredients and pour over slice.
5. Refrigerate.
