Base
1 cup oats
1 cup dates
rice malt syrip as needed
Filling
1 cup dates
1/3 cup water
Topping - my version
1/4 cup cacao powder
2/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1. Blend base ingredients until dough forms, shape into cookies on a tray. Place in freezer.
2. Blend filling ingredients until smooth paste. Place a blob in the centre of each base.
3.Stir together topping ingredients in a small bowl. Cover the cookies with the topping.
