1. Use Vanilla Cupcakes recipe to make the cupcakes.
2. Cut a circle out of the top of the cupcake.
3. Whip some cream or you can use the Vanilla Icing in the cupcake recipe and fill the hole.
4. Cut the circle shape you cut out in half and poke in as wings!
