Raw Chocolate Chia Energy Bars

1 ½ cups pitted dates
⅓ cup cacao powder
⅓ cup chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
⅓ cup coconut flakes
1 cup macadamia nuts
¼ cup chopped dark chocolate or dark chocolate chips
⅓ cup oats

1. Place dates in blender or food processor; blend until a thick paste forms. Add cacao powder, chia seeds, vanilla and coconut. Pulse until all ingredients are combined.
2. Remove mixture from food processor and place into a bowl. Mix in macadamias, chocolate and oats.
3. Line a 8x8 pan and press mixture into.
4. Refrigerate for a few hours before slicing up.
5. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
