Macadamia Anzac Biscuits

1 1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup dessicated coconut
1/2 cup macadamia nuts
2 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extrat
1 tablespoon water

1. Add all ingredients except the water into a food processor and blend until combined.
2. Add in the water to help make it sticky.
3. Roll balls and flatten on a tray
4. Bake in a low oven (150C) for about 20-30 minutes.
