1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
6 dried figs
2 tablespoons cacao powder
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
2 tablespoons agave syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
dessicated coconut to roll in
1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until it becomes sticky. May need to add a little water to help this.
2. Roll into teaspoon size balls and I rolled mine in dessicated coconut.
