Dark Chocolate & Cherry Slice

1/3 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/3 cup oats
1 cup quinoa flakes
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup cherries, chopped (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup dark chocolate, chopped
2 tablespoons chia seeds

Chocolate Drizzle
2 tablespoons cacao powder
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon rice malt syrup

1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Line an 8x8 inch baking tin with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla until smooth and well combined.
3. Stir in oats and quinoa until well coated and sticky. Add in milk and stir again.
4. Fold in cherries, chocolate and chia seeds.
5. Pour mixture into tin and evenly spread.  Press down firm.
6. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes.

7. To make chocolate drizzle, combine all chocolate drizzle ingredients and drizzle over the slice. (I cut my slice up first)
8. Best kept in the freezer or refrigerator.
